April 16, 2020 — At Sage, we incorporate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors as a way to manage risks in a client’s portfolio. We believe sustainable businesses will outperform over the long term because they are intentionally focused on the ESG issues that impact their bottom lines. As the data about companies’ ESG policies grow, how can our investors quickly assess the sustainability of a company or a portfolio? With this in mind, we created the Sage ESG Leaf Score.
